Our house is located in the heart of the most typical area of Aveiro- a "beira mar"-, beside its greatest attractions: the Ria channels, the chapel of St. Gonçalinho, the Fish Market, the shopping and nightlife area, etc.
Although in the center of the "action", the street where it's located - Travessa do Arco - it's very quiet, providing therefore conditions for a restful stay in the city. "Aveiro Luz" is located about 15 minutes of pleasant walk from Aveiro Railway Track Station, establishing common link with the main cities of the country - Porto (approx. 1 hour), Braga (approx 1. 5 - 2h), Coimbra (approx 0.5 -.. 1 h), Lisbon (approximately 2 h), ... It has the duplex type on the 1st and 2nd floor. . 3 bedrooms - one with a double bed and two with two beds - with the capacity to accommodate 6 adults comfortably, each with access to a terrace / balcony, ideal to enjoy fully the vibrant blue Aveiro' sky. . Cot available on request . Fully equipped kitchen - utensils, small appliances, accessories and cleaning products . 2 fully equiped bathrooms . Living room and dining area with cable TV .
